SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 0–5 business days after they are placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, such as holidays or promotional events, order processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours after shipment.
All shipments are handled by trusted carriers such as DHL or PostNL.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the item, quantity, and delivery destination. The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the workload of the shipping carrier. During busy seasons or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.
Once your order has left our warehouse, the delivery process is managed entirely by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure that all shipping information is correct before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking your tracking information for the latest updates.
Some orders may be shipped as letterbox packages, which may take slightly longer to arrive and are not delivered on Sundays or Mondays.
If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team and include your order number for assistance.
